Dr Chrystal Fong graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2005 with a Bachelor of M.B.B.S/Bachelor of Surgery/Bachelor of Biomedical Science.

She attained her Fellowship in Family Medicine with The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2015. Having worked in various medical settings in hospitals, rural health, metropolitan clinics and health screening clinics, she has a strong understanding of the clinical needs of an individual from various backgrounds.

A strong advocate for bridging public and private primary health care, she was involved in the Primary Care Network’s Chronic Disease GP Decantment and appointed deputy for the national pilot program of Paediatric GP Decantment Project with the Primary Care Network in 2020-2022.

Dr Fong is an accredited member of the Family Physician Board of the Singapore Medical Council and a PaedsENGAGE certified partner.
