Singapore, 13 October 2025 — SAM is pleased to welcome Mr. Cai Tao, Deputy CPC Party Secretary of Chongqing Yongchuan District, along with his delegation comprising senior management representatives from Yongchuan District People’s Hospital and Chongqing Sino-Singapore Cancer Hospital. During the visit, the SAM team shared insights into the EngeneIC Dream Vector (EDV) technology and its latest advancements in cancer treatment.

This visit forms part of the ongoing collaborative initiatives under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between China Life Insurance (Singapore) and SAM Holdings on 29 May 2025. The partnership aims to promote cancer awareness and enhance access to medical knowledge across international communities.
